Our expert therapists will take the time to listen, ask the right questions, and understand your needs—whether it’s skin concerns, hair & scalp health, stress relief, or a beauty refresh. Through a gentle skin, scalp, and wellness analysis, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan designed exclusively for you. During your consultation, you’ll receive: A private one-on-one session with our beauty & wellness specialist Skin & scalp analysis using professional techniques Customized recommendations for treatments that match your goals, preferences, and lifestyle Guidance on product choices to maintain results at home. Whether you’re exploring our luxurious facials, advanced therapies, holistic head spa, or body rejuvenation treatments, this session ensures you get exactly what you need—no guesswork, just results.


Cancellation Policy

At Aurum Satori Spa, your appointments are reserved especially for you. We value your time—and ours—and kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made within this time frame allow us to offer the time slot to other clients. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals At Aurum Satori Spa, our goal is to deliver a seamless and exceptional experience for every client. To ensure the highest level of service and fairness to all our guests and team members, we kindly ask you to review and follow our cancellation policies below: Appointments We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary intake forms and allow your esthetician to review relevant medical conditions that may affect your treatment. Early arrival helps ensure your service starts on time and maximizes your experience. Late Arrivals We respect your time—and the time of other clients. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to accommodate the next appointment, and the full service fee will still apply. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled time may have their appointment canceled and will be considered a no-show, subject to applicable fees. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointments are reserved exclusively for you. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the booked service fee. No-show appointments (missed without notice) will be charged 100% of the service fee. This policy helps us offer timely services to all guests and respect our staff’s schedules. Voucher & Gift Card Policy Gift cards and pre-paid vouchers are non-refundable. Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount and are available in-spa or online as e-gift cards. Lost, stolen, or misplaced gift cards cannot be replaced or reimbursed. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, but any unused balance can be applied to future services.
